Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

The health, wellbeing, and safety of our Loyola community and the broader communities in which we live are our highest priorities. Although currently there are no confirmed cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) at Loyola, we are hereby taking steps to reduce the spread of this virus. At this time the University has recommended that events with participation greater than 70 people be postponed, which applies to the majority of our public programming. 


We are reaching out to our patrons to discuss options for a refund, a future credit or donation of your purchase as soon as possible. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have at that time.


As this situation evolves we will keep you updated about the status of our events going into the Fall 2020 season.
